Vine Street Culvert Replacement
The existing culvert pipe under Vine Street is undersized and is causing drainage issues for
adjacent property owners. The city has performed a study that details improving the problem
by constructing new ditch along with replacing the existing 18” pipe with a 24” pipe and
safety headwalls. The project would necessitate the relocation of a portion of the adjacent
waterline. The construction cost of this improvement would be approximately $20,000.
