Resurfacing Streets

Resurfacing (Vine St, Main St, Angle Ave, Water Treatment Plant & Church St.)
The existing roadway surfaces of Vine Street, Main Street, Angle Avenue as well as the
entrance into the water treatment plant are in poor condition. Portions of these roadways
along the outer edges are sloughing off due to age as well as on-street parking. The
resurfacing would entail placement of 1.25 inches of new pavement over the existing
roadway. In addition to the resurfacing, Vine Street would have 1.25 inches milled out as
well in order to help with drainage issues. The approximate cost of these improvements is $80,000.
